While we are locked inside our homes for the past 2 weeks, there’s still so much things we can do especially if our employees or staff would need to send much needed cash to their families without the need to go out and be exposed to the Corona virus.

Here are the 10 Easy to Follow Steps on how you can send money remittance to any Palawan Express Pawnshop/ Palawan Express Pera Padala using your BDO online account:

Step 1: Log on to your BDO online account. Click “Send Money” on the bottom portion of your screen.

Step 2: Click “For Cash Pickup at any BDO Branch/Partner”

Step 3: Click “Proceed without a template” then “Continue”

Step 4: From the menu options, click “Pickup Cash Anywhere”

Step 5: Make sure you fill up the complete information needed like- First and last names, address of sender and recipient, birthday of recipient. Be sure to include the amount to be transferred too! Fill up the amount that you will send via remittance. There is a fixed rate of Php 100 per transaction. Double check all the details, then click “Send” if everything is correct.

Step 6: You’ll receive a confirmation screen that says “Money sent successfully”. Expect an email from BDO within the next 3 to 4 hours indicating the reference number. Once you received the confirmation email with the reference number, you can now skip to step 10. But if you haven’t received the confirmation yet and you would like to know the reference number, you can proceed to the next step.

Step 7: To know the reference number immediately without receiving an email, you may log on to your BDO online account again. Then click “Send Money”, scroll down to the bottom and click “View Transaction Status”

Step 8: At the dropdown menu, click “For Cash Pickup” to know the reference number.

Step 9: You’ll be directed to the page “View Transaction Status” with the reference number (#) with the amount for sending. Please copy or take a screen shot and give to the recipient so he can present to the nearest Palawan Express Pawnshop branch nationwide.

Step 10: Recipient to indicate the reference number to their nearest Palawan Express Pawnshop / Pera Padala branch nationwide.

Congratulations, the money is ready for pickup!
